This is the SECOND LEVEL course for those who have taken the LEVEL 1 course or have a background in municipal stormwater operations. A hands-on course using a fillable PDF template, you will build a formal municipal stormwater management plan to meet your State or EPA permit requirements.

After you complete the course with a one-hour exam, you will receive a Public Works Environmental Safety certification.
