This is the SECOND LEVEL course for those who have taken the LEVEL 1 course or have a background in municipal stormwater operations. A hands-on course using a fillable PDF template, you will build a formal municipal stormwater management plan to meet your State or EPA permit requirements.

Our municipal courses are designed for all local city and county governments that are regulated under the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) stormwater permit anywhere in the United States or U.S. Territories.
